There are no words to my disgust at the treatment of this dragon. So, granted, it was Goblins that did it, but the fact that the dragon is there is not a secret, I beleive it was mentioned in the first book(?) There's a department set up to control dragons in England, they would KNOW it was being tortured.

I hate wizards.
